We are in search of a Valet Supervisor for the Indiana Live! Casino. This individual will process exceptional leadership skills, a positive service-centric attitude, and schedule flexibility.
The essential job functions of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Setting measurable goals and expectations for self and team
- Ensuring customer and client loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to customer and client concerns
- Providing initial and on-going training and support to valet staff
- Identifying, coaching, mentoring and grooming promotable employees
- Scheduling lead valets, valets and cashiers to assure adequate staffing at all times.
- Providing timely reports to Parking Solutions' payroll and Human Resources
- Participating in the hiring and employee management processes
- Managing site in accordance with Parking Solutions' budget and contractual requirements
- The ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Associate's degree or 3+ years related experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 4 points in a two-year period)
- Reliable Transportation to and from work and client sites
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills; the ability to multi-task
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts including budgets and P&L's
- Above average computer skills including MS Office products, timekeepiing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Self-starter; entrepreneurial by nature
- A professional demeanor and appearance
- The ability to comply and successfully pass background and drug testing policies
