Reports to: Site Supervisor or Facility Manager
FLSA Classification: Hourly non-exempt; Full-time or Part-time; Possible tipped position
Pay range: $10-$12
Hours: 3p-9P M-Sat
Position Summary:
Ensure all staff meets company standards for performance, customer service and appearance. Conduct on the job training.
Management experience, ability to drive manual transmission, excellent customer service skills, evenings and weekends.
Essential Job Functions:
· Adherence to corporate policies and procedures; clearly communicates their importance to staff
· Assure cash control; adherence to company cash handling procedures
· Set measurable goals and expectations for self and team
· Insure customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to customer concerns
· Provide initial and on-going training and support to staff
o Assist with grooming of promotable employees
· Schedule employees to assure adequate staffing at all times
· Provide timely reports to payroll and Human Resources
· Participate in the hiring and employee management processes
· Assure adequate staffing
o Avoid over-time situations
· Ability to work extended hours, including nights & weekends
Essential Qualifications:
· 6 months related experience
· Minimum 18 years of age
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid Driver’s License and able to meet PSI’s driving requirements
· Reliable transportation to and from work and client sites
· 3+ months driving manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills: English
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work on and lead a team
· Comply with PSI background, and drug testing policies
