Shuttle Bus Driver

Position Summary:  Under general supervision, performs various tasks related to the transport of passengers in a 14 passenger shuttle bus in a safe, courteous and efficient manner.
 
Essential Job Functions:
·         Insure a good customer experience and customer loyalty
·         Assist customers with special needs upon request, but in compliance with PSI’s policies and procedures
·         Assists passengers with boarding and exiting vehicle
o   Airport drivers assist with loading & unloading luggage and other items
·         Maintain shuttle in clean, neat manner
o   May be responsible for fueling of vehicle
·         Inspection of shuttle before every shift
o   Report any safety concerns, or damage, immediately
·         Follows specific scheduled routes and coordinates routes with other drivers or team lead
o   Must be able to learn and remember pick up and drop off destinations points
·         Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies supervisor of any potential problems
·         Communicates well with fellow employees to meet client needs
·         Must be able to communicate by phone, two-way radio, and in person in clear fluent English in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with customers, guests, co-workers and other persons.
·         Reports accidents and incidents or other safety concerns immediately to supervisor
o   Must report off-work accidents or moving violations to assure valid license and points on license still meet PSI driving requirements
 
Essential Qualifications:
·         Minimum 21 years of age
·         High school diploma or equivalent
·         Valid driver’s license ; ability to comply with PSI MVR policy
·         Reliable transportation to and from work
o   Must be at work and ready to perform duties at designated start time
·         Good verbal communication skills: English
·         Good sense of humor and cooperative attitude
·         Ability to work independently and work as a team member
·         Ability to follow directions
·         Comply with PSI and/or client drug testing policy
·          
 We have shifts available from 6 am to 10 am and10:30am to3:30pm Moday through Friday.
