We are looking for a customer-service focused MAINTENANCE TECH for parking garage located in downtown Columbus. This individual will possess a positive attitude, the ability to read, write and effectively communicate in the English language, have a professional appearance and demeanor and be mechanically inclined.

Other requirements include:

•  No criminal background
• Reliable transportation to and from work,
• The ability to stand, walk, routinely climb stairs and/or ladders
• Push, pull and grasp various equipment
• The ability to safely utilize cleaning solvents.

Duties include:

• General cleaning of the parking garage,
• Provide customer assistance as needed (i.e., jumping batteries, etc).
• Perform routine maintenance work and basic repairs.
• Other maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed. 

The days/hours of this position are: Wednesday-Sundays (30 hours per week). The shifts can start as early as 2pm and can go as late as midnight, so schedule flexibility is necessary.

To be a PSI maintenance tech, you must:

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent)  
• Ability to make light decisions
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A professional appearance and demeanor (no visible tattoos and/or piercings)
• No criminal history
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Basic verbal communication skills-ability to converse with customers
• Ability to work independently and within established guidelines
• Ability to work effectively work within a team
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
