This individual will possess a complete understanding of exceptional customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a professional demeanor and appearance.  All employees must be eligible to be badged according to the requirements below.
 
Requirements of the Indiana Gaming Commission
Must be 21
Must have a clear MVR, clear criminal report, no theft, drugs, violence, DUI.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Professional appearance
Clean Department of Motor Vehicles Record (MVR)
Valets must have solid experience driving a manual transmission (stick shift)
Must have High School Diploma or GED

 
The Assistant Site Supervisor will support the Supervisor in all aspects of operations and staffing, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and remain in compliance with policies and procedures. The Assistant Site Supervisor will aid in managing, scheduling and maintaining a staff of valet employees, facilitate excellent client/customer relations, oversee day-to-day operations, prepare staff payroll information,  solve and resolve issues independently, coach and develop staff and assist with other duties as needed.   
 
 
·          2+ years leadership, supervisory and/or management experience
·         Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
·         The ability to drive all types of motor vehicles
·         The ability to drive a manual transmission
·         The ability to a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
·         The ability to walk/stand for the entire shift
·         The ability to work outdoors
·         Reliable transportation to and from work
·         Strong interpersonal skills
·         Complex problem solving skills, ability to multi-task
·         Strong grasp of financial concepts including budgets and payroll
·         Above average computer skills including MS Office products; time keeping
·         Excellent customer service skills
·         Ability to work on and lead a team
·         Self-starter; entrepreneurial by nature
·         The ability to pass a criminal background check
