Taxi Starter
Department:                      Operations
 
Reports to:                         Facility Manager
 
FLSA Classification:         Hourly, Non-Exempt; Full-time or Part-time
 
Shift:                                    Monday2PM-3AM, Friday 2PM - 2AM, Saturday 2pm - 12am and Sunday
Position summary: Under general supervisor, performs various tasks related to the taxi flow at the airport. Assist customers with luggage, provide directions and general information.

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Columbus Area
  • Ability to assist customer with directions 
  • Meet PSI's professional grooming standards
  • Must be able to work in all elements of weather
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Compassion and understanding with each and every customer
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work within a team environment
  • Must be a honest individual that enjoys making a positive impact in lives of others
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent  
  • Pass criminal background check (10 year check), and reference check
  • Experience in service/hospitality a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
