We are looking for a customer-service focused 3rd SHIFT PT CASHIER (11pm-7am) to work a flexible weekly schedule at a location just outside of downtown. This position is for approximately 15-30 hours weekly.

This individual will possess exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, the ability to read, write and effectively communicate in the English language and have a professional appearance and demeanor.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

•Read, write and perform simple arithmetic calculations.

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process transactions, answer questions, greet customers and perform other daily activities with courtesy and tact.

•Understand, and provide instructions and make relatively straight forward comparisons between numbers and letters.

•Courteously and efficiently collect the parking fee and provide tickets and receipts as needed to patrons.

•Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements include: 

•Minimum of 18 years of age

•High School diploma (or equivalent) required

•At least six months outside cashier or cash handling experience

•Ability to make light decisions (count cash/make change)

•Strong customer service skills

•Reliable transportation to and from work

•Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English

•Good grasp of basic math skills

•Good manual dexterity

•Ability to handle repetitive tasks

•Good organizational and problem solving skills

•Basic verbal communication skills-ability to converse with customers

•Ability to work independently and within established guidelines

•Ability to work effectively work within a team
